Lovely since new ownership. Great management and office staff. Clean grounds with freshly painted exterior. Quiet building and neighborhood. Friendly community. Great restaurants in area. Close to freeways and beach.
I moved into 11950 in March 2012 and lived in the building until June 2013. I moved back into the building in July 2015 and took the only 4th floor unit that was available at the time (It faced the interior courtyard). In August 2016, a different unit opened up down the hall, and so I moved into that unit which is now my current unit. My experience has been very positive!
This complex has great community amenities and good apartments. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it for how attentive the entire property management team is in taking care of us residents.
