I moved into 11950 in March 2012 and lived in the building until June 2013. I moved back into the building in July 2015 and took the only 4th floor unit that was available at the time (It faced the interior courtyard). In August 2016, a different unit opened up down the hall, and so I moved into that unit which is now my current unit. My experience has been very positive!

This complex has great community amenities and good apartments. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it for how attentive the entire property management team is in taking care of us residents.

Our unit was clean and comfortable. The property and common areas were also clean, well kept, and honestly felt like we were living at a resort. Beautiful view and a very nice and big balcony. Also, the yard for pets; we enjoy spending time there with our dog! The pool is warm in the winter and has a lovely spa area.
